William Campbell was born in 1946 and currently lives in Davidsonville. Before that, he lived in Crofton, MD from 1979 to 1985.
William attended Abraham Lincoln High School in Philadelphia, PA and graduated class of 1964. After high school, he went to Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA. He was there from 1973 to 1975 where he majored in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities. He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL. from 1977 tp 1978 majoring in Physical Sciences. He attended Penn State Univ, Delaware Co in Media, PA. 1988 to 1970 majoring in Business.
