Mike Strange Plays Football at Monmouth


    Mike Strange of Davidsonville is a wide receiver on the Monmouth University football team for 2013.  
     Mike played wide receiver and defensive back under Coach Lance Clelland at South River High School.   He tallied 1,126 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns as a senior.   He also recorded 48 tackles, forced three fumbles, and helped lead the Seahawks to their first playoff appearance since 2006 as senior.
    Mike earned all-county and All-MET honors by the Washington Post and was also named All-State.   
He was selected to the Elite 8 Players by the Ann Arundel Gridiron Report.

    He also longsnapped for the Seahawks as well  as well as  earning letters in basketball and lacrosse.
    Mike is the son of Carol Ann and Mike Strange and is majoring in pre-med.
