Mazza and Maloof Score For Towson

Jon Mazza of Davidsonville extended his point-scoring streak to six games as he hit Monahan with an over-the-top skip pass that the latter fired home low to cut the Loyola lead to 2-1 over the Towson Tigers.

Early in the second half,  Towson cut the lead back to two as Mazza spun the ball across the top of the crease to Monahan, who drew a defender and then kicked the ball over to Grant Maloof of Davidsonville for the unselfish play. Maloof fired home his fifth of the year at the 12:42 mark of the second.
