Two Bicyclists Injured On Central Ave.

At 5:09 p.m.  on Saturday,  two bicyclists were injured on Central Avenue near the Patuxent River Bridge in Davidsonville, Anne Arundel police said.
The first bicyclist,  Lynn Carol Kristianson,  a 62-year-old woman from Arlington, Va., was struck by a light-colored SUV that did not stop and continued toward Prince George's County. She was listed in critical but stable condition at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, police said.
A second bicyclist, Maile Catherine Neel,  a 52-year-old woman from University Park, was riding behind and also crashed. She was treated at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie and released.
Police said the SUV driver failed to yield to the bicyclists, who were riding on the edge of the road. Police are searching for a light-colored Honda SUV driven by a white man with a gray moustache, approximately 50 to 60 years old.
