Anne Arundel County police responded to Edgewater home Tuesday morning after a man apparently armed with a gun barricaded himself inside and refused to come out.
Police officers responded to the 1700 block of Quantico Road at 9 a.m. Police are concerned for the man's safety and have been attempting to talk to him, police spokesman Lt. T.J. Smith said.
The situation was later resolved without injury to anyone.
