The Annual Lothian Ruritan Club Spaghetti Dinner and Bake Sale is March 5, 3-6:30 p.m. at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 122 Bayard Road in Lothian. The dinner includes a salad bar, Italian garlic bread baked on site, and vegetarian, ground beef, ground beef and Italian sausage, and ground turkey sauces. Desert includes baked gingerbread with a tangy lemon sauce. Fresh pastries, pies, cakes and cookies baked by members and spouses of the Lothian Ruritan club will be sale.
Proceeds from the dinner will be donated to Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry and bake sale proceeds will be donated to the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home in Charlotte Hall.
