     St. Marys High graduate Al  DeCesaris plans to ride a bicycle from CA to Atlantic City, with a stop in Annapolis, to raise money for research to find a cure for Sturge Webber Syndrome which afflicts his niece, nine year old Jenna Heck of Davidsonville.   You can read more about the foundation formed by Al and his sister Ida Heck at:
