Norma Mae Wayson on May 10,2021 of Davidsonville, MD. Age 89. Beloved wife of the late Clifton H. Wayson who passed away in 2000.
Survivors include her children, Walter Wayson, Herbert Wayson, Debbie Collison and Susan Miller, Her son in law Steve Collison, Nine grandchildren, Seven great-grandchildren, Five great-great Grandchildren and her siblings Lorraine Perry, Wayne Moreland and Ronald Moreland.
Norma worked at the State House during the early years of her marriage. She was involved with the Anne Arundel County Farm Bureau and the Women's Committee. She was also involved with the Seasoned Senior's Group at the Crofton Community Church along with the Stitches Group that met to work on their projects together. Norma was actively involved during the canning and gardening time on the farm. She was an excellent cook and always had plenty of home-cooked food at the house, including her famous rolls. Family time was always special to her and she really enjoyed seeing and spending time with all of her Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
