Recent Davidsonville Home Sales
1) A one story home on 7.08 acres at 989 Wayson Way sold by Kenneth Sweet, Sr., to Kevin Lock for $799,977,
2) A two story home without basement on 9.54 acres at 3839 Wayson Road sold by Clayton Rogers to Donald and Pamela Smart for $1,295,000.
