DAA U14 Select Softball Team

The Davidsonville Athletic Association is excited to announce  the formation of a girls 14 & under select softball team for the fall of 2018!  In this inaugural season we are  looking to field only a single select team, however, with  this launch we hope to gauge the interest in our DAA community to have a full-scale county program at multiple  age groups as early as spring 2019. How quickly, or if,  this expands will be based on the interest and feedback we get from the community.  Our plan is to offer multiple  clinic opportunities this fall for interested players to  get an introduction to the game to see if this is a sport they would like to try in the future.  Stay tuned for more  information about those opportunities!

Tryouts for this select team are tentatively scheduled for August 6th and 8th. The Davidsonville Gators 14U Girls Select Softball team will play in the Central Maryland League for  scrimmage-type play and participate in 10 USSSA tournament events over the fall, spring and summer.
