Contractor Back At Park and Ride

    After many months of no work at all,  the Davidsonville Park and Ride expansion has been the site of  earthmovers starting to  move some dirt.  Will the project be completed in 2015 as promised?  That should be possible,  but it would require a much greater effort than has been seen in the last two years.
