Sonia Allen Passes Away

   
   

    Sonia Lee Allen, 68, formerly of Davidsonville, died suddenly January 19.
    Ms. Allen was born in Stotesbury, WV and was the daughter of the late Otis L. Davis and Marie L. Brady.
    Ms. Allen worked for the National Science Foundation in Washington, D.C. and the Anne Arundel County School System. She enjoyed knitting, quilting, crocheting, sewing, card making and jewelry making; and spending time with her family.
    She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Robert C. Allen, and her half-brother, Basil E. Hall, Jr. Ms. Allen is survived by her son, Robert A. Allen and his wife, Shawn, of Edgewater; daughter, Tomika M. Allen, of Davidsonville; and grandson, Duane R. Allen, of Edgewater.
