Audrey L. Friedrich, 87, of Davidsonville and previously of Seabrook, died January 24.
Born August 9, 1926 in Savage to the late Clyde and Anna Painter, Audrey graduated in 1945 from Tech High School in Washington, DC. She worked as a secretary for the Prince George's County Board of Education from 1966 to 1981. She enjoyed creating interior designs.
Audrey is survived by her husband of 68 years, Calvin G. Friedrich; a son, Brian Friedrich of Edgewater; a daughter, Sharon Friedrich McKenrick of Annapolis; a brother Tom Hitt of Bryantown; a sister, Doris Ruleman of Bunker Hill, WV; and two grandchildren, Erich and Dawn Friedrich of Edgewater.
Friends are invited to Audrey's Life Celebration from 12 noon until her funeral service begins at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 29, at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens in Davidsonville.
