A Calvert County woman will not face criminal charges in connection with an August accident in which she struck and killed an Annapolis bicyclist, according to the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office.
While an Anne Arundel County grand jury on Friday declined to indict any criminal charges,
Whitney Decesaris, 37, will be charged with negligent driving and related traffic offenses, per the state’s attorney’s office.
