Recent Davidsonville Land Sales
1) A 2.07 acre lot at 3296 Green Ash Rd was sold by Sean Sands to Adam and Michelle Pumphrey for $285,000,
2) A 2.02 acre lot at 498 Winding Creek Ct. was sold by Mary Riordan, Trustee, to Jesse and Jamie Warner for $255,000.
