Recent Davidsonville Home Sales
1) A 1 1/2 story home on 13.69 acres at 2874 Patuxent River Road sold by Kari Martin to Kalista Journey LLC for $1,750,000.
2) A two story home on 1.07 acres at 1002 Eagle Passages Ct. sold by David Bilodeau and Sheila Leone to Alim and Sara Piromohamed for $870,000.
