All Hallows Cemetery

From the Capital-Gazette

As the only grave marker of its kind at All Hallows' Brick Church cemetery, it stands out. A slab of white marble on five legs just outside the east end of the Church, it looks more like a dining table than a gravestone. Its only inscription is the enigmatic phrase, "My Louisa."
As a child, attending All Hallows with my family, I was fascinated by "My Louisa."
Who was she? When did she die? Why such a mysterious inscription? Who loved her enough to set up such a memorial?
