Spencer Named Player of Week

    Loyola freshman Pat Spencer (Davidsonville, Boys' Latin) was named the Corvias Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week on April 4  after recording five points in  Sunday's  12-4 victory at Colgate University.
    Spencer, an attacker who has earned the League's Rookie of the Week honors three times this season, scored a career-high four goals and had an assist versus the Raiders.
    Through 10 games during his freshman campaign, Spencer leads Loyola in goals (18), assists (24) and points (42). He is eighth nationally in assists per game (2.4) and 16th in points per game (4.2); Spencer leads NCAA Division I freshmen in both categories.
