South River Lacrosse State Champs

    The South River lacrosse team defeated Howard 9-6 on May 20 to win their third state championship since 2009.  The game was played before a packed stadium at UMBC.

South River (17-2)     3 2 0 4 — 9

South River Goals:     Mansur 2, Senft, Maloof, Thomas, Chisolm, Fanzo, Egley, Ward.
South River Assists:   Maloof 2, Mansur, Schimoler.
