South River High School senior Michael Biondi, 17, is a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math magnet program student at South River High. He is in the top 6 percent of his class with a 4.4 GPA and will graduate with a total of 14 advanced placement classes running the gamut from STEM-related classes like calculus, biology and physics, to the arts like French, art and art history, literature and languages. Seven of those AP classes he took in his senior year, along with one post-AP class. He plans a career in international relations.
