Davidsonville resident Joseph Scott is a reserve infielder for the Shenandoah University baseball team, which captured the regular season championship of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference for the first time in program history.
The sophomore out of South River High made the travel roster for the ODAC Tournament, which third-seeded Bridgewater won by upset over Shenandoah, which has a 31-9 record and is ranked No. 17 in the latest Division III poll.
