Davidsonville resident and retired CIA employee Charles Faddis has just published his third novel CAFFA, in which he draws from his real life work experiences. This recent thriller follows a former CIA agent and his wife and former asset as they try to save Baltimore from a biological weapons attack, which is certainly a possibility given current terrorist activities.
