Joseph Shover, 42, of 3884 Greenmeadow Lane, Davidsonville was charged March 2, 2013 and pleaded guilty of DWI with a bac of .15. The sentence was jail for 1 year with all but 10 days suspended and probation for 2 years. He was also fined $1,000 with $500 suspended.
