Davidsonville Real Estate Sales

   According to the Washington Post,  1425 Della Way was recently sold by FMN Properties Corp.  to Gam Properties Ventures Corp. for $317,250.    According to AA Co. tax records,  this is a 3700 sq. ft. two story home built in 2011 that sold to FMN Properties for $737,720 in 2011.  The date of the sale to Gam Properties was Dec. 28, 2012 which is not recent.    Something is amiss.
