Anne Arundel County Animal Control is trying to determine who shot a cat with a 2-foot arrow in Davidsonville last week.
The cat’s owner first noticed on Wednesday that the 2-year-old female cat, Xena, had the arrow through her left shoulder. The owner called Animal Control to help capture her.
The cat lived at the owner’s residence in the 3000 block of Riva Road in the past year. She occasionally wanders off and the returns to the property, county police spokesman Justin Mulcahy said. For more details, go to: http://www.capitalgazette.com/news/for_the_record/cat-shot-with-arrow-in-davidsonville-officials-seek-information/article_03030a12-abbe-5813-937a-63a1c411842a.html?_dc=880262058228.2543
