He is survived by : his sons, Richard A. Owens, IV of Cibolo, TX and Andrew T. Owens of Harwood, MD; his daughter-in-law Barbara Owens; his siblings, Leroy Owens of Mt. Jackson, VA and Betty Anne Schultz of Annapolis, MD; his grandsons, Zachary P. Owens and Brantley C. Owens; and his pets, Amber and Sadie.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 5th, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory (2973 Solomons Island Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Hwy., Pasadena, MD 21122.
