Recent Davidsonville Home Sale (3041 Pat.River)
A one story home on 51.93 acres at 3041 Patusent River Road was sold by Pax 50 LLC to Pax Farm 3041 LLC for 1,500,000. The property was previously sold in Jan 2021 by Frank Abend for $900,000.
