At this time there are only 6 Davidsonville homes listed for sale on the MLS, and the lowest priced one is $1,375,000, and going up to $3.8 Million. This is an unprecidented low in inventory for Davidsonville where in normal times there normally will be 30 or more homes for sale. Certainly a sellers market right now.
