Real Estate sales in Davidsonville seem to be going strong despite having a very low inventory. However, the Assessment and Taxation Office has been running behind all during the pandemic, and, for some reason has recently stopped entering the sales data on their web site. You will see more information here when the Assessment office resumes entering the data.
