At this time there are only 6 Davidsonville homes listed for sale on the MLS, and the lowest priced one is $1,375,000, and going up to $3.8 Million. This is an unprecidented low in inventory for Davidsonville where in normal times there normally will be 30 or more homes for sale. Certainly a sellers market right now.

AA Co Council Proposes New 8 Lane Bay Bridge
From the Severna Park Voice:
The Anne Arundel County Council, by a vote of 6-1 on October 4, called for the State of Maryland to construct a replacement of the current two spans of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge with a single bridge in the same location.
The resolution called for a minimum of eight travel lanes to provide adequate capacity and dependable travel times. One week prior, Queen Anne's County passed Resolution 21.17, which aligns the two neighboring counties in this call to action.
“As the lead sponsor of the resolution, I feel confident that this is a significant moment for Anne Arundel County, a step toward traffic relief on our local roads so residents can move freely again,” said Councilwoman Amanda Fiedler, who represents District 5, where the western landing of the Bay Bridge is located. “A third span at the current location, or an alternate location, will not fix traffic in the long term for either Anne Arundel or Queen Anne's County.”
To read the rest of the article, go to:
https://severnaparkvoice.com/stories/county-council-votes-to-replace-bay-bridge,35701
I wonder how much they have thought about this. It would seem that this would be the most expensive option. Rt. 50 and I-97 would have to be widened to handle the peak traffic. But, it is only money and there is plenty to be taxed.

Pat Spencer Still Has NBA Dream
Pat Spencer remains unsatisfied and undeterred.
Spencer, the winner of the 2019 Tewaaraton Award that recognizes
the top player in college lacrosse, might not be as experienced as some of his
teammates. But he has already made a favorable impression with Go-Go coach Mike
Williams.
“The first thing that stands out before anything else on the court
is his attitude and his approach,” Williams said. “He’s very serious about his
work. He’s very coachable, and he actually holds himself to a really high
standard, which I love. But his intensity on the court is not lacking. He plays
extremely hard.”
After four years of lacrosse at Loyola Maryland — where he set several records, including the NCAA Division I mark for all-time assists (231) and the Patriot League record for career points (380) — Spencer used an extra year of eligibility to switch sports and play basketball at Northwestern, where he averaged 10.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.9 assists in 2019-20.
