Recent Davidsonville Home Sales
1) A split foyer home on 1.04 acre at 729 Petersburg was sold by Elisa Fawcett to Daniel and Laura Morrossey for $472,000.
2) A two story home on 1.18 Acre at 2002 Cortland Rd was sold by Joel and Elizabeth Bakal to Sam Kubam for $795,000.
