There have been three lot/land sales in Davidsonville in recent months.  They are as follows.

1)     2.48 acres at 1107 Thomas Swann Lane for $385,000.

2)    13.71 acres at parcel 132, Patuxent River Road for $275.000.

3)    6.76 acres at 3776 Quenn Ann Bridge Road for $400,000.
