Recent Davidsonville Home Sales
1) A one story home on .40 acre at 1553 Patuxent Manor Ct. was sold by Virginia Meares to Joshua and Marina Baer for $385,000.
2) A two story home on 4.10 acres at 610 Chirchill Circle was sold by Lighthouse Development to Michael and Judith Donnelly for $960,850.
