Let's turn up the "Heat" on this guy!
On December 30, 2014 around 12:20 p.m., the suspect pictured was captured on surveillance video at a business in Annapolis, MD conducting transactions on a stolen credit/debit card. Multiple fraudulent transactions were then conducted throughout the Annapolis area with the victim’s stolen card(s). The victim believes the wallet was taken in Davidsonville.
