Over the weekend, Annapolis city police arrested Joseph Alonzo Wallace, 45, of Governor Bridge Road in Davidsonville, at the Burger King, at 1952 West Street, on charges including disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, after he allegedly threatened to kill officers and called them racists.
Wallace allegedly referenced Ferguson, Mo. in a tirade against the officers. Last month, a Missouri grand jury declined to indict former police officer Darren Wilson who shot and killed 17-year-old Michael Brown over the summer during an attempted arrest.
