University of Maryland lacrosse player, Benjamin Chisolm, age 19, of Davidsonville, has been found not guilty of sexually assaulting a woman at the Zac Brown concert at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA. However, he was convicted of being drunk in public and was sentenced to a year's probation and 50 hours of community service according to the Fox 5 web site.
After widespread news reports of the alleged assault, three witnesses came forward and testified that Chisolm did not touch the victim.
