Police Want Help In Burgess Death


Anne Arundel County police are asking for the public's help in solving the murder of a 37-year-old found stabbed to death last month in her Davidsonville home.
For the first time, police released a photo of Nicole Burgess, who was found dead by two acquaintances at her home in the 3300 block of Royale Glen Court at 11:30 a.m. on March 22. The body of her dog, a pit bull mix, was also discovered.

Police are asking anyone with information about Burgess to call Detective Vince Carbonaro of the police homicide unit at 410-222-3453. Information can also be provided anonymously by contacting the 24-hour Metro Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-866-7LOCKUP.

Burgess’ death was the county’s fifth homicide of 2013.
