Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Stan Kelly leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by : his wife Pamela M. Phillips; and his parents, Eugene G. Phillips Sr. and Katie C. Phillips. He is survived by : his child Shelly P. Dresser of Fayetteville, NC.
.Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beall Funeral Home (6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD 20715). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
