We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Laura A. Ruitberg of Davidsonville, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia
She was predeceased by : her parents, John Hilbert and Anne
Donovan Hilbert. She is survived by: her husband Edward Ruitberg; her son
Edward Ruitberg, Jr. of Davidsonville; her grandchildren, Sasha and Luka
Ruitberg; her brother John Hilbert, Jr. (Linda); her siblings-in-law, Arthur
Ruitberg (Erin) and Anne Ruitberg Taylor; her nieces and nephews, Jay, Joseph
Hilbert, Ian Thomas, Christian Ruitberg, Lisa Hilbert, Kim Thomas and Schuyler
Maedjaja; and her daughter-in-law Rachel Ruitberg.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 13th
2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory (2973
Solomons Island Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037). A mass of christian burial will be
held on Wednesday, December 14th 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic
Church (826 W Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD 21035).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Maryland Food Bank ,
2200 Halethorpe Farms Road, Baltimore, MD 21227-4551.
