Diana "Dee" Stoehr, 79, a longtime resident of Davidsonville, MD, died on December 31, 2021, after a lengthy illness.
Born on March 17, 1942, in Washington, DC, to parents Morris and Marian Seltzer, Dee was raised in Silver Spring, MD.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Henry Stoehr, her son, Mike Stoehr of Edgewater, MD, and daughter Tracy Powelson of Davidsonville, MD, as well as three grandsons, Christopher Stoehr, Patrick Stoehr, and Ryan Powelson. Dee's passion in life was her nursing career. She retired from the Washington Hospital Center in 2014, where she was an RN in the Emergency Department for 51 years.
Memorial service will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or a charity of your choice.
