Participants will meet at All Hallows Chapel, just east of Lakemont Memorial Gardens on Central Avenue in Davidonville. Sign-in starts at 8:30 a.m. The workshop will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue until 2:00 p.m. This workshop is for anyone who loves cemeteries
and history. You do not have to be a member to attend!
Our goal is to teach the use of the D2 product to clean gravestones without damaging them.
There is no charge for this workshop. You should bring a kneeling pad and dress in gardening casual clothes; appropriate for the weather and getting wet and dirty. We will meet at the chapel for a short orientation; materials on cleaning and D2 will be provided. Several stones in the graveyard have been selected for cleaning and everyone will have hands-on experience in the process.
This is a great cemetery to visit, with fascinating gravestones commemorating local families.
In order to adequately plan for supplies and food, please RSVP by September 20th. to Melvin Mason at
