When it came time for Thomas Stefany to get his Eagle Scout badge, he decided to do something different than the typical scout projects. He decided to map out the cemetery at the All Hallows Church located at Brick Church Road and Md. Rt. 2. The cemetery records were sparse and incomplete because of a 1940 fire at the church which burned 250 years of records. But he photographed the headstones and plotted their location so that they could be put into a CAD program which can now be added to when new graves are added.
His very time consuming project led to renovation of some of the damaged stones and translations of stones written in Latin as well as a general renovation of the cemetery.
