Frances W. Finagin, a 7-year resident of Riva Terrace in Davidsonville, died November 1 of senile dementia.
Born July 3, 1921 in Suitland to the late Walker and Mary Duval, Frances retired from the US Census Bureau. She enjoyed doing volunteer work after moving to the Annapolis area many years ago.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Archie "Jack" Finagin; two sisters, Merle and Peggy; two brother-in-laws, Dick and Allan; and sister-in-law, Audrey. She is survived by her son, Walker "Buddy" Finagin of Annapolis; two brother-in-laws, Chester and Bill; sister-in-law, Gloria; five nephews, Larry, Ron, Bill, Bruce and Paul; and three nieces, Anne, Mary and Grace.
