Zack Mills Named Executive Chef

 
Zack Mills, a Davidsonville native,  was named executive chef of Wit & Wisdom, A Tavern by Michael Mina, in Baltimore’s Four Seasons hotel.
Mills has worked for the Mina Group for more than five years, most recently as executive sous chef overseeing the group’s mid-Atlantic restaurants. Previously he worked as a sous chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C.
In his new role, Mills will oversee staff serving all three meals at Wit & Wisdom, as well as 24-hour room service for Four Seasons guests.
Mills helped oversee Wit & Wisdom’s recent menu revamp, as well as the openings of Pabu, the Handle Bar in Jackson Hole, Wyo., and Pub 1842 in Las Vegas
