Jonathan Beard Convicted of DWI

Jonathan Matthew Beard, 27,  of 2416 Rutland Road, Davidsonville,  was charged with DWI on  Dec. 21, 2012.  He  pleaded guilty, bac refused and was sentenced to  jail for 60 days, which was suspend for all but 1 weekend.  He will be on probation for 1 year.
