Bryce Purnell, a third grade student at Davidsonville Elementary, won the Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association’s ‘Fuel up to Play 60′ Super Bowl Oatmeal Challenge’ in the Baltimore Ravensmarket.
As the winner, Bryce will attend the Ravens Play 60 Luncheon at M &T Bank Stadium with Davidsonville students Charlotte Epstein-O’Rourke and William Gunhus, who also submitted recipes.
The Super Bowl Oatmeal Challenge is a component of the Fuel up to Play 60 program, a national initiative created by the NFL and the National Dairy Councilto help address childhood obesity. Fuel up to Play 60 is currently in 73,000 schools including Davidsonville Elementary.
