A 29-year-old man was seriously injured after crashing his car
in Davidsonville Tuesday morning.
Firefighters
responded to a report of a crash in the area of Defense Highway and Rutland
Road at 9:40 a.m., the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said.
A driver
flipped his vehicle and landed on the shoulder of the road in a single vehicle
crash, the department said. The man was the only person in the car.
He was briefly trapped in
the vehicle, the department said, and was flown to the University of
Maryland Shock Trauma Center to be treated for critical,
potentially life-threatening injuries.
