Injury Accident On 424 Sunday

One person was critically injured in an early Sunday morning auto accident in Davidsonville. Just before 7:15 a.m. firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the area of Davidsonville Road and Underwood Road for a reported single vehicle accident. Units located an accident with an overturned vehicle and the lone occupant trapped. The 45 year old male occupant, who had critical, life threatening injuries, was extricated in about 10 minutes and then transported by paramedics to a Maryland State Police helicopter for transport to Shock Trauma. (Note:  The intersection mentioned in this article is actually in Gambrills near Crofton)
