Robert Neall On Hogan's Transition Team

Former Anne Arundel county executive Robert Neall joined Larry Hogan’s transition team Wednesday, adding yet another name to the growing list of county residents with statewide clout.
Davidsonville resident Neall will lead the budget and tax team for the governor-elect as Hogan and Boyd Rutherford prepare to take office in January.
Hogan announced Neall’s announcement at the Tawes State Office Building, where his transition team will make its home in the coming months.
Neall served one term as county executive, from 1990 to 1994. He also served in the House of Delegates and state Senate, where he earned bipartisan respect on committees overseeing state tax and spending policies,  initially as a Republican and later as a Democrat.
