Robert Olshaw Dies In Accident

        A car accident in Davidsonville Sunday morning resulted in the death of a 17-year-old boy. 
        County police officers responded to Blandford Way around 2:20 a.m. Sunday morning for reports of a motor vehicle accident.
    An investigation revealed a Honda Ridgeline, driven by 17-year-old Joshua Robert Olshaw of Davidsonville, was traveling southbound on Blandford Way when the vehicle failed to adhere to a right curve in the roadway.    The vehicle struck a tree and stopped in the northbound lane of Blandford Way.      
         Police said Olshaw failed to remain in a single lane and negotiate the curve in the roadway. They also cited speed and alcohol as factors in the crash.
         
        Olshaw was transported to shock trauma by helicopter and died from injuries succumbed in the accident at 11:26 a.m.
